Transcripts
*Please note that the complimentary transcript service is not available from the 2025 YISS program. Students can issue their transcipts directly through the Yonsei Portal free of charge or request them via the additional transcript request form for an extra fee due to inflation (please refer to the detailed guidelines below).
For those requiring additional transcripts to be delivered by the YISS Office or who have special requests, please refer to the additional transcript request guidelines below, which involve extra charges.
YISS alumni can download or print their YISS official transcript directly through the Yonsei Portal (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) free of charge. Please follow the guidelines below to find and issue your transcript.
Additional Transcript Request
It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding their personal details, delivery address, and any special requests.
- - Electronic transcript issuance via email takes 5 to 7 working days to process.
- - For international express mail, delivery may take at least one to two weeks, depending on the destination.
- - Transcript issuance and delivery will only proceed once payment is confirmed — no exceptions.
- - Please ensure that you make your request at least two weeks in advance, as we cannot be held responsible for students' personal deadlines.
- 추가 성적표 우편 서비스를 신청하신 경우, 증명서 발급까지 5~7일(평일)이 소요됩니다.
- 증명서 발급 이후, 배송에 필요한 기간은 최대 2주이며 도착지 사정에 따라 실제 수취예정일은 상이할 수 있습니다.
- 성적표 재발급에 필요한 정확한 정보 확인이 필요하며, 발급 비용 입금 확인 후에만 처리 가능합니다.
- 따라서, 제출 기한이 있는 경우에는 성적증명서 재발급 신청을 최소 2주 전에 하시기를 권장합니다.
Issuance/Mailing Fee
The service fee will be increased to 50,000 KRW starting from October 1 due to inflation.
e.g. 3 copies sent to the same address in the United States: 40,000 KRW
e.g. 1 copy sent to one addressee and two cc’d addressees: 2,000 * 3 = 6,000 KRW
