Course Withdrawal
- 6-Week Track : Jul 16, 2024 ~ Jul 17, 2024 / 4-Week Track : Jul 9, 2024 ~ Jul 10, 2024
If you wish to withdraw from a course after the add & drop period, you must go to Yonsei Portal and withdraw it on your own during the withdrawal period. Detailed guide will be given, and additional withdrawal is not available after the deadline.
Withdrawn courses are not shown on transcript, while remaining as 'W' on Yonsei Portal.
Course Availability
All courses have a maximum number of seats available. Seats will be reserved on first-come, first-served basis during the course registration period.
A course will be cancelled if less than FIVE students register for the course (TEN students for online courses).
In case your class is cancelled due to above policy, please contact and consult the YISS coordinator immediately for alternative plan.
Prerequisite
Some courses have prerequisites listed on their syllabus. Please check syllabus of your preferred courses closely.
Students are required to check if they are eligible to take the course or not. If you are unsure, contact the faculty for advice or request an exception to the listed prerequisite at the first class meeting. Students should have a secondary choice of the course as a backup since permission might not be granted. Dropping or switching to another course should be done during the Add/Drop period.
Auditing
YISS does not allow students to audit lectures.
