Dear Student,

During this time, some campus facilities will remain open, while others may be closed or operate on adjusted schedules. Please review the information below before planning your study sessions, meals, or appointments.
WHEN
Monday, July 27 – Friday, July 31, 2026

All classes take place as scheduled (Mon – Thu). The university-wide administrative closure will not affect your class schedule.

Sports facilities — partially open
The fitness center is open as usual. The swimming pool is closed for the week.
Student Cafeteria — open
The Student Cafeteria operates as usual throughout the week.
YISS Office — open on weekdays
The YISS Office is open from Monday, July 27 to Thursday, July 30. The office is closed on Friday, July 31. All inquiries received by email will be answered from Monday, August 3, in the order they were received.
Prepare before Monday, July 27
✓ Borrow the library books you need before the university-wide administrative closure begins. You cannot borrow books during this week.
✓ Finish anything that requires the YISS Office in advance — documents, certificates, or questions. The office is open Monday to Thursday only, so do not leave it to Friday.
✓ Arrange medical care in advance if you already know you need it. The Health Service Center is closed for the whole week.
✓ Check now whether anything else you rely on that week is affected — a facility, an appointment, or a service — and take care of it before the week starts.
✓ If you usually study in a reading room, use a study space instead — assign your seat with the My-Seat2 app.
