End of Program — Grades, Certificate & Transcript (4-Week Courses)

As the 4-week program comes to an end on July 22 (Wed), 2026, please check the guide below for course evaluation, grades, official transcript, and the Certificate of Completion (CoC) for your 4-week course(s).

Course evaluation and grade schedules follow the individual course duration — the schedule below applies to 4-week courses only. A separate notice for 6-week courses will follow after the 6-week program ends on August 5 (Wed), 2026.

I. Course Evaluation & Grades — Yonsei Portal

1) Course Evaluation (4-week courses)
Period: July 22 (Wed) – July 29 (Wed), 2026 (KST)
Portal menu: 'Courses' > 'Course Evaluation'

2) Grades Check / Correction (4-week courses)
Period: July 28 (Tue) – July 29 (Wed), 2026 (KST)
Portal menu: 'Grades' > 'Examination of grade evaluation'

3) Grades Confirmation (4-week courses)
Date: July 30 (Thu), 2026
Portal menu: 'Grades' > 'Exchange student grades'

Notes
1. Before grades are confirmed, grades are only accessible to students who complete the course evaluation within the designated period.
2. Final grades will be confirmed as of July 30 (Thu), 2026; no further changes are possible thereafter.
3. For grade corrections, contact the professor of the course directly during the grade correction period.

2026 Academic Calendar — 4-Week Courses

Only weeks with 4-week course events are shown. For 4-week-only students, the satisfaction survey stays open from July 22 through August 31.

II. Official Transcript — Yonsei Portal

Official transcripts can be requested and issued from the following dates:

• If you took 4-week courses only: from July 31 (Fri), 2026
• If you are also taking 6-week course(s): from August 14 (Fri), 2026

From your date above, issue your transcript on your own:

Yonsei Portal → Language: ENG → Log in with your Student ID → 'Academic Information System' → 'Grades' → 'Exchange student grades'

III. Satisfaction Survey & Certificate of Completion (CoC) — LearnUs (4-Week Only)

This section applies to students taking 4-week courses ONLY.
If you are enrolled in one or more 6-week courses, your satisfaction survey and CoC will proceed on the 6-week schedule, from August 5 (Wed), 2026, and you will receive the 6-week Certificate of Completion. Details will follow in the separate 6-week notice.

For 4-week-only students, the Program Satisfaction Survey and the CoC will be available on LearnUs from July 22 (Wed), 2026. The survey must be completed by August 31 (Mon), 2026 (KST).

• About 30 minutes after completing the survey, access your CoC via [My Page] > [Completion].
• The CoC is issued only to students who complete the survey within the period.
• Failure to complete the survey by the deadline will result in being ineligible to receive the official CoC.
• Electronic certificate only — downloadable permanently through LearnUs; print it yourself if you need a hard copy.

IV. Transcript Delivery Service (Paid)

If you need your transcript sent directly to your home institution, submit the request form and pay the service fee. Requests can be submitted from the date your transcript becomes available (July 31 for 4-week courses only; August 14 if you also take 6-week courses) and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you need your transcript urgently, download or print it directly from the Yonsei Portal.

V. Forgot Your Password? — Yonsei Portal

Reset your password using the [RESET PW for SAY/YISS/WAY] button on the log-in page of the Yonsei Portal.

Commencement Ceremony: the ceremony will be held at 4 PM on August 5 (Wed), 2026. 4-week program students are also welcome to attend — advance application is required. Details on how to apply will be announced shortly.
