Complimentary Transcript (One-time)

  • After the program ends, YISS office issues soft/hard-copy transcripts to students’ home institutions by email/regular airmail service, which does not offer tracking service. Students should check their home institutions email or mailing address to make sure this transcript can be delivered to right address before the program ends.
  • This complimentary transcript is expected to be delivered approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the program ends.

Additional Transcript Request

All request must include the student’s name, date of birth, telephone number and mailing address. It is the student’s responsibility to provide an accurate address of the place where the transcript should be sent. There is a fee required for each transcript requested. The pricing information is listed below for the different types of delivery services.

  • Transcript issuance itself takes up to 7 working days to be processed.
  • For international mail, it may take one or two weeks more to be delivered.
  • We can send your transcript after confirming your wire transfer. (No exception)
  • We do not have any responsibility for students' personal deadline.
  • 성적증명서 재발급을 신청하신 경우, 증명서 발급까지 5~7일(평일)이 소요됩니다.
  • 증명서 발급 이후, 배송에 필요한 기간은 최대 2주입니다.
  • 성적증명서 재발급에 필요한 정확한 정보 확인이 필요하며, 발급 비용 입금 확인 후에만 처리 가능합니다.
  • 따라서, 제출 기한이 있는 경우에는 성적증명서 재발급 신청을 최소 2주 전에 하셔야 합니다.
