1. Course Evaluation & Grade Check/Correction Period
All students are required to complete the on-line course evaluation before given access to grades. Students who do not complete the survey for each of their courses during the course survey period will not be able to check their grades.
*Course Evaluation Period: Aug 2(Tue) ~ Aug 9(Tue)
*Grade Check/Correction Period: Aug 10(Wed) ~ Aug 12(Fri)
*Please visit our portal website (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) for course evaluation and grade check.
Go to Yonsei Portal Services (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp) ⇒ Academic Information System ⇒ Academic Management System ⇒ Log-in (Input ID, Password) ⇒ Click on ‘Course’ ⇒ Click on ‘Course Evaluation’ ⇒ ‘Save’ after Course Evaluation
2. Official Academic Transcript
- Visiting Students: one free original copy of official academic transcript will be sent to your home university and to your home address.
- Exchange Students: one free original copy of official transcript will be sent to your home university or organizing institutions (CIEE, ISEP, UCEAP).
Thus, it is very important to fill out the exact mailing address for office of your home university address and home address on your portal.
*View/Change Address: Portal System (Academic Information System → Student Record → Information → Modification of Personal Data → Click Save)
*Deadline: By August 9 (Tuesday)
Official transcript will be available about 30 days from the last day of final examination period. The transcript delivery may take up to three weeks from the delivery date.
